Leafy Green Foods Shipping Policy 

Overview
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you immediately and refund the total amount using your original payment method.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days. Processing does not occur on Sundays or national public holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to pincodes across India. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Standard Shipping: ₹70 (Estimated 3–7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping:₹100 (Estimated 3-4 business days)

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹700.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for eligible pin codes across India.

• We offer COD at no extra charge.

• Our courier partner will require cash payment before handing over the package.

• Open-box delivery is not permitted by our shipping partners.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order leaves our facility. This notification will include your tracking number. You can track your order status directly on our store or via the courier partner's portal.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at sales@leafygreenfoods.in with clear photographs of the product and outer packaging. Keep all packaging materials intact until we resolve the issue. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, notify us within 48 hours.
